Under the direction of the Director, HRIS and Compensation, the HRIS Analyst will analyze, maintain and troubleshoot human resource information systems and other human resources computer applications and systems and train employees on system usage. This position serves as a technical point of contact for assigned functional areas and assists subject matter experts with payroll administration, benefits administration, data availability, testing of system changes, process improvement opportunities and end user training. This position also takes a lead role with the HCM /Finance Project.

Required Qualification Summary:
Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
5-7 years of HRIS experience. .
Previous exposure to project-related activities through active participation in system-related projects.
