The UAB Department of Physics, https://www.uab.edu/cas/physics/, invites applications for an Assistant Professor tenure-track faculty position that will strengthen the Department's program in Theoretical and Computational Condensed Matter Physics. A qualified applicant will have a Ph.D. in Physics. Research areas of interest include, but are not limited to, High Performance Computing, Quantum Computation and Information, as well as First-Principles and Data-Driven Simulations of quantum materials.
